The package service, gym, laundry room, relationship with the managers are the most satisfying characteristics I have. I would highly recommend the community to friends.

Safe, quiet, very clean, staff is awesome. Any issues identified are taken care of immediately. I would highly recommend to anyone that they check out The Plaza. I searched for months until they had availability. The spaciousness and cleanliness of the apartment set it apart from the others.

"I lived in a one-bedroom unit at the Plaza for close to a year. I had a great experience overall! The building is well maintained and safe. The unit itself was large, clean, and recently renovated. I had absolutely no issues with it. The building's rooftop with a hot tub and lounge area was a nice plus. As for the staff they were super kind and resourceful. Gisela is quick to reply whenever you have a question and she will do everything she can to help."

"I've been living in The Plaza apartment for the past 4 years and overall had a great experience. Location: It's super close to the Wilshire Center bus stop so if you need to go to the campus it's very convenient. Also very close to LA Fitness. There are multiple grocery stores within walking distance. If you are into running this is a great location to do the UCLA perimeter route. Maintenance: The maintenance team is very responsive."

"The Plaza Westwood is safe with security entrances and office staff in the lobby during business hours 7 days a week. The building is kept clean and well maintained with multiple full time maintenance workers. All personnel, both office and facility, have been responsive and friendly. "This is the quietest community that I've lived in. Coming from a single-family house in the burbs, I wasn't sure what to expecting, but it is pleasantly quiet. I live on the 4th floor, with no one above me, I can't hear any of my neighbors. It seems like a solid building. The property manager is excellent! She has been nothing but helpful throughout the whole process. When I brought up a maintenance issue, it was taken care of right away. The property is clean and well maintained."
